Coding agents waste tokens. We're building one that doesn't.

THIS SEASON

dECODED

The thing we stand on today.

Not a coding agent yet. What exists is a localhost proxy that stops your agent from re-paying for the same context every turn. Your keys stay on your machine.

ON THE MACHINE

Nothing here requires trust in a cloud we do not run.

Localhost

The proxy listens on your machine. Prompts are not stored on a Wrayle server. There is no hosted hop.

Your keys

Provider credentials never leave the laptop. The daemon forwards with the header you already use.

Shape, not hostname

Requests are typed from JSON shape — Anthropic or OpenAI — so a gateway host cannot fool the route.

NEXT SEASON

A coding harness built for token cost, not for spectacle.

The destination is an agentic harness — a coding agent whose job is the same work, with less spent on repeated context. We have not shipped that agent. We are building toward it, starting from a harness rather than inventing one in the abstract.

When it exists, this page will say so. Until then, the list is for people who care about that problem.
